Reflection of the day(2/08/12)

today in class we had to continue working on our projects. we got our grades for the class and had to come up to mrs. nguyen if we had any questions about our grades. we had to complete the tasks that we were assigned for the projects.

Reflection of the day

Today in class we had to be with our group to discuss the chair. We had to give our packet to Mrs. Nguyen so she can look over it. When she looked at it, she told us to make some changes to it. We had to redo some parts of the packet. She said by finishing it we will be ready to built the chair.

Final Carboard Chair

This will be my groups final design of the cardboard chair. this is what we are going to build. Why, because it look easy and stable to buillt. But we are going to to have at least three legs on it. While doing this chair, we will have to take our time and be patient on it. We our going to test it out, so it won't fall when people are sitting on it. We need to do a lot of things before starting on the construction. but i hope that we do a good job on doing the chair.

Index Cards

In class we needed to make a chair out of index cards. Why, because we needed to get familiar on how to do it. We also did this to know how it is going to be to build a cardboard chair. While doing the chair out of index cards, we needed to take our time and to be patient on doing this. After finishing the chair with index cards, we had to give it to Mrs. Nguyen. And when we gave it to Mrs. Nguyen, she put some items on it, so it can be stable and not fall. After, we completed the chair we needed to reflect on what we learn from doing this.

Job Assignments

1. Patrice: 2-4 sentences on rough sketches, cover page, table of contents, introduction, problem statement, and research
2. Luis: 2-4 sentences on rough sketches, vocabulary, final sketch, isometric sketch, and orthographic projection sketch
3. Ivan: 2-4 sentences, dcision matrix chart, and 4-6 sentences on why we choose the specific chair
